Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5  business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Processing time does not include shipping time
  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment
  • Free shipping promotions apply to orders over $79
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier

Delivery Information

  • Packages are delivered to the address provided at checkout
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships
  • Track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website
  • Tracking information updates are provided by the carrier

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order
  • Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible
  • Return shipping fees may apply if packages are returned due to incorrect addresses

Holidays and Weekends

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • Shipping times may be extended during holiday periods
